    • The refund will exclude setup fees, domain registration costs, and any third-party services.

  2. Non-Refundable Services:

    • Funds added to your account via the “Add Funds” option are non-refundable.
    • Any promotional or one-time discount offers are non-refundable.

  3. Refund Request Process:

    • Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

Domain Registration Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Domains:

    • Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, the process cannot be reversed.

  2. Domain-Coupled Hosting:

    • If a free domain is included as part of a hosting package, the standard domain registration fee will be deducted from the refund if a cancellation is requested.

Additional Terms

  1. Fraudulent Activity:

    • Refunds will not be issued for accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or abuse of resources.
