No Refund Policy
All web hosting services purchased from CheapHosty are non-refundable.
Once a hosting account has been activated, provisioned, or delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind.
Accidental purchase.
Lack of technical knowledge.
Failure to use the hosting service.
Website migration issues not caused by CheapHosty.
Dissatisfaction after the hosting account has been activated.
Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel their hosting service at any time through their client area or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not entitle the customer to any refund for the current billing period.
Failed Provisioning
If CheapHosty is unable to activate or deliver your hosting service due to a technical issue on our side and the service has not been provisioned, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund at our sole discretion.
Abuse & Terms of Service
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, abuse, spam, phishing, malware, illegal activities, or any fraudulent behavior are not eligible for any refund.
Chargebacks
Customers who initiate unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team may have their hosting account suspended or permanently terminated.
